Public hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The ACS Unit is closed on Tuesday afternoons. The Consulate is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on American and local holidays. Our office is located on the 8th floor of the Westgate Mall, 1038 West Nanjing Road, Shanghai.
