Frequent Traveler Program

CITIC BANK DROP BOX PROGRAM QUALIFIED
Chinese

You qualify to participate in our new “CITIC BANK DROP BOX” program without having to come to the US Consulate for an interview nor a new “10-Print” fingerscan.

Please submit all the materials outlined on the following page to your local participating CITIC BANK US VISA DROP BOX PROGRAM location.  Once submitted, CITIC BANK will forward your completed application with photo, “MRV Receipt”, China Post Return Mailing Label, and additional documents (as needed) directly to the US Consulate in Shanghai Consular Section where your application will be adjudicated.  If approved, the Consulate will mail your passport with non-immigrant visa and supporting documents directly back to the address written on the China Post “COD” Mailing Label.  If the reviewing officer has additional questions, or additional documents are needed, you will be contacted by the Consular section for further instructions on how to proceed with your application.  In some cases, you might be able to respond to our request through fax, and your application will proceed to adjudication.  However, the visa officer may also request you to appear in person at the US Consulate for a personal interview.

Please note that once the Consular Section receives your application, it may take at least 5 working days until your visa is mailed out.  We cannot do same-day processing for any non-immigrant visas, and we suggest that you do not confirm your travel plans until you have the proper non-immigrant visa in your possession.  We also suggest that you note the “Tracking Number” on the China Post Mailing Label and use the China Post EMS website for tracking the mailing back of your passport with visa or our request for additional information.

Please see our required application documents information here.  Once these are completed, please submit them at a participating CITIC Bank location
